Account data: Name, email address, and password hash when you create an account.
Business data: Business name, phone number, and Google Business Profile information you provide.
Customer data: Phone numbers and names of your customers that you upload for review requests.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically.
Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
We process your personal data based on:
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): To provide the ReviewBoost service you signed up for.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): To improve our service, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): For marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
We use your data to: provide and maintain the service, send review requests on your behalf, process payments, send service-related communications, improve and personalize the service, and comply with legal obligations.
We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (email delivery), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (hosting). All processors are GDPR-compliant and bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Some of our processors are based outside the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes, retained for up to 7 years).

We use essential cookies required for the service to function (authentication, session management). We use Vercel Analytics for anonymized usage statistics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
If you believe we have violated your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at www.aki.ee, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
