These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReviewBoost, operated by Ubique Technologies OÜ (registry code 17102934), Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. By accessing or using ReviewBoost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ReviewBoost is a review management platform that helps businesses collect Google reviews via automated SMS and email requests. The service includes a negative feedback filter, review analytics, and multi-location management.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: send review requests to people who have not done business with you, use the service to generate fake or misleading reviews, upload customer data without proper consent, violate any applicable laws including anti-spam regulations, or attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service.
When you upload customer contact information, you act as the data controller and we act as the data processor under GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share your customers' data with us (e.g., legitimate interest in requesting feedback from existing customers). We process this data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The free tier includes limited functionality as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days' notice.
ReviewBoost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ubique Technologies OÜ and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubique Technologies OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
